Pre-Visit Prep

Route Planning – Routes can be interfaced to the app, or reps can use the easy drag-and-drop Route Builder to quickly set up their route for a day.

View Store Details and Visit History – Reps can review what activities have been completed recently at the store, view key store contact information, start a visit at that store, or get directions to the store from their current location.

View Routes – Reps can view all of their routes by month, copy favorite routes to future dates, modify routes, and start visits directly from this screen.

In-Store Tracking

Track Activities – Managers can push down targeted activities to a store (or group of stores), a rep, or an entire account.  Reps can quickly complete existing activities, add their own notes, upload photos, or create new activities for the visit.  Activities are fully customizable -- use them for surveys, promotion compliance, messaging, and more!

Planograms – Leverage the screen size of the iPad to pull up a visual image of the shelf, set the way it is supposed to be.  Validate compliance and use it to quickly reset the shelf, or quickly tap on any of the facings to capture audit data or to build a list of items to restock.

Replenishment and punch-in orders – Is stock low or out for certain products?  No problem.  Build an order on the fly from a visual list of products, capture a signature from an authorized store contact, and submit the order for fulfillment.  Email a copy of the order directly to the store contact.  No more paper forms, scanning, faxing or unreadable handwriting!
